What is Duress?
Duress is a workplace safety system for frontline and lone workers: wearable duress devices, a safety app, and accredited 24/7 monitored emergency response from one provider. It protects more than 20,000 teams across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, with a 7-second median operator pickup on every alert.
How fast does someone respond to an alarm?
In our published FY26 monitoring data, the median time from an alarm being raised to a trained operator on the case was 7 seconds - and 94% of alarms were answered within 30 seconds. The response does not slow down after hours or on weekends.
What devices does Duress offer?
Falcon (a body-worn camera with live streaming), Phoenix (a discreet Bluetooth card), Eagle (a 4G device with indoor positioning), and the Duress App (which turns a phone into a duress alarm). Pathfinder, the admin platform, is included with every subscription.
