2016

Where it all began.

Founded by Trav Heaven, Duress began with a clear mission: to use technology to support domestic violence victims in Australia through the launch of the Duress App.

2017

Expanded into new industries.

What started as the Duress App soon gathered attention from new industries, including real estate agents and retail. Responding to the evolving needs of small businesses, the Duress App transformed, giving rise to the Duress Phoenix card, inspired by client feedback.

Global demand takes off.

As interest expanded globally, multinational corporations and government departments sought solutions tailored to their requirements. This led to the creation of Duress Falcon, the world's smallest body-worn camera, equipped with live video streaming capabilities.
