Before you ask

How much does it cost per user?

The Duress One software licence is $35 per user per month on every device. Two optional extras sit on top: 24/7 monitored response, which we recommend and most teams take, and a 4G SIM on Falcon and Eagle if they are not staying on Wi-Fi. Fully configured that is $40 for Phoenix and the App, $50 for Falcon and Eagle. Hardware is a separate one-off: $149 for Phoenix, $499 for Falcon, $999 for Eagle.

How quickly do I get the proposal?

Within four working hours, drafted for your team size and industry and reviewed by a real person before it is sent. You do not need to take a call to get it.

Do I have to talk to sales to buy?

No. Under 25 users you can configure and buy online in a few minutes without speaking to anyone. Above that a proposal is usually better value, because volume and term discounts apply.

What is included with every device?

The Duress App and Pathfinder for admin, escalation rules and incident records come with the licence. Accredited 24/7 monitored response is an optional upgrade on top, and the alternative is routing alerts to your own nominated responders.

How fast does someone answer an alarm?

A median of 7 seconds across 20,433 activations in FY26, our own published monitoring data. Escalation then runs on a 4-minute cadence until the case is resolved.
