Location Updates give your team real time safety memos at the locations they visit.
Team members can now leave a note for the next person.
This is incredible.
What if your team members could receive a safety update as soon as they arrive at a location, in real time, and all automatically?
And what if these safety updates were all collated on your dashboard, Pathfinder, and created a safety score for every location they visited?
This would allow every team member to have the most accurate, up-to-date safety information, delivered to them in real time, all without them having to do anything.
Location updates are here, and they are incredible.
Leaving a Safety Update
If enabled by your organisation, your team can be prompted after they check out of a location to leave a review.
They will receive a popup on the screen, asking them how safe the location was.
They can respond with either 👍 All Safe or 👎 Safety Issue.
It takes a second to tap the screen, and greatly increases the safety of the team.
Leaving a 👎 Review
If the user responds with 👎, they can enter in a short memo of what the issue was.
This can all be done from the lock screen, and provides a lot more information on the safety status of the location their teams are visiting.
Receiving a Safety Update
When anyone from your organisation visits that location, they will receive the safety update set by the last team member.
If auto check-in is enabled, you will receive the notification automatically, as soon as you arrive.
Every 👍 counts.
Safety Scores
Every rating, review, team alert and emergency impacts the score of a location.
Rated out of 10, each locations a dynamic safety score, allowing the organisation to see the real time and historical safety score of a location.
This data can be used to improve policy and procedures.
For instance if one of your locations is below a 5.0, it may mean team members do not enter the property, or call a supervisor for confirmation before entering.

Organisation’s have full control over Location Updates through Pathfinder, our management dashboard.
This allows them to setup the best implementation for their teams.
You can choose not to enable location updates at all, or not enable the commenting feature.
You can also choose to moderate the comments, so that team members can leave reviews but they are not available to the rest of the team until a team manager has reviewed them.
Pathfinder is designed to be set and forget, alerting you only when needed.
